Root Valley Farms is a family-owned company that has been growing high-quality vegetables in the heart of Honduras for 25 years. Unlike in North America, where production is seasonal, the fertile soil and favorable climate in Honduras allow for unlimited harvests from new crops every day.
We care
for the land
Our farming and production practices minimize waste and usage of water. We gently irrigate our fields and control moisture through a complete underground system that measures and reduces water usage.
All vegetables are peeled by hand and our waste is composted locally.
We produce our chips close to our farms, ensuring that our vegetables
are received, peeled and cooked within 24 hours of being harvested.
The recipes and processes ensure that we can offer great-tasting chips with each batch as good as the one before. All of our ingredients are chosen with great care for the best possible taste experience, and for your enjoyment.

Today, Root Valley Farms™ operates a 1000 acre farm in the heart of Honduras, perfectly vertically-integrated leveraging its natural capabilities to grow and produce year round. Our exclusive capability ensures that our vegetables, once harvested, go from Farm to Bag in 24 hours or less.
HARVEST
Due to Honduras’ climate, harvesting is possible every day of the year.
PREPARTE
All vegetables are peeled by hand, and waste is composted locally.
FRIE
Chips are fried in rapeseed or coconut oil to maximize the crispy texture.
PRODUCT
The final product is a tasty, natural, vegan snack.
